- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 thin slice fresh ginger, peeled, finely chopped (or ½ tsp. ground ginger)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
- Place milk, Shakeology, cinnamon, ginger, extract, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
