apple cinnamon gf oats with hidden rose apples, toasted walnuts, and a tiny smack of maple gloss just to add some shine . trying a few things on @goop's detox, like the oatmeal, since everything else on the plan — ginger turmeric miso avocado eggs rice salmon — is how i already eat anyway. i would normally never eat something like oatmeal because the closest thing to breakfast that i eat is a brunch bellini, and even if i were to eat morning breakfast food, i prefer savory, but i skipped the sweet dates and coconut sugar in the recipe and ate it at 5pm with a glass of pinot i am sure gwyneth would approve, http://ift.tt/2j9Gzqa
