#Snack: Ever had one of those days where it’s nonstop “madness” from the moment you wake up? I can. Those days are BRUTAL! Lol Sometimes life shows us how alive we really are by throwing us in unexpected directions. Think of it as cardio (and I know we hate that)! Lol But, I was reminded today of the importance of taking a moment for ourselves when things get tough. Ever seen an athlete get ready to perform? (traduccion abajo) — They close their eyes in the midst of everything going on to: silence the noise around them; breathe; remind themselves of the goal at hand; breathe; give themselves a pep talk; breathe; re-focus on how to win; breathe; then get ready to perform. Eyes open. — Are you throwing up your hands in total surrender of that goal? Diet, career, relationship, etc? Don’t. Give. Up. Take a moment for yourself and rest. Then, go back to swinging away at that darn goal! Don’t let life or others punk you! Lol Now, how are you going to rest so you can win? Tag a friend then go rest. Boom. ——🇪🇸 #Merienda: tuviste un día brutal en que todo es una locura desde el momento que levantes? Creo que a veces la vida quiere asegurarnos como que somos vivo así que la vida nos presentan muchas sorpresas. Es como una forma de cardio (y todo el mundo odia realizar cardio)! Jaja! Pero hoy, me acordé de la importancia tomar un rato pensar y descansar en esos momentos. Has visto como un atleta preparar jugar? — Se cierran los ojos en el medio de la locura para: silenciar el ruido; respirar; acordarse del objetivo; respirar; animarse; respirar; pensar en la estrategia ganar; respirar; preparar jugar. Se abren los ojos. — Estás renunciando a un objetivo? Dieta, carrera, relación, etc? No. te. rindas. Toma un rato y descansa. Luego, vuelve a jugar nuevamente con toda fuerza! No permitas la vida intimidarte! Como vas a descansar para que puedas ganar. Que bendiga, Dios. Bum. Etiqueta a un amigo y luego descansa. Bum.
