Transformation Tuesday: Franquie Lost 51 Pounds With Core De Force

Franquie lost 51 pounds and 41.5 inches with Core De Force! He regained control of his life and his confidence has skyrocketed. Here’s what he has to say about his journey.

“What motivated me to start Core De Force was the need to start something that kept me engaged and motivated. I wanted to actually stick with a workout program from beginning to end and not give up. I was depressed, started to hide from family and friends, felt gross, and always questioned how I let myself go. Instead of doing something about it, I sunk into a sedentary lifestyle more and more and the weight kept going up.

I was on the fence about doing the program. I never set any goals because I was very unsure of myself and insecure. In general, I just decided to go with the flow with the goal of shedding pounds in the back of my mind.

When I started Core De Force, it kept my attention from start to finish! I liked the way Jericho engaged with you and how she had a very warm and friendly energy to her. Joel was awesome as well! He was very cool and pushed me more than what I thought I was capable of.

I loved all the MMA skill workouts! I loved to jab, cross, and upper-cut! I also loved the alligator push-ups. It was all fast and fun!

I feel amazing. My whole body has changed, especially my mid-section and legs. I have lost a total of 41.5 inches! I sleep better and I’m in a much happier mood now. I am confident, have more energy, and feel like I have control of my life again. All of my friends and family are happy and excited for me. Their comments just make me want to keep pushing.

Core De Force helped me get my life back. I’m able to live, breathe, and enjoy life again.”
